EXPERIENCE
Our founder has several years of experience working on a number of high profile regeneration projects in urban London.
These large scale projects have been quality driven and sensitive to the communities they are placed in. Hanna prides herself on helping to deliver meaningful and impactful places that people can live, work and play in. Below are some of the projects Hanna has worked on over her career.
Phase one, which launched last year, is almost complete, including over 300 homes (more than 40% of which are affordable) alongside a nursery, commercial spaces, and new open spaces. Clarnico Club, a multi-purpose marketing and social hub with a café and flexible event space, serves as the beating heart of the new neighbourhood.
Part of the 798 units Hanna was instrumental in delivering while working on East Wick and Sweetwater
East Wick + Sweetwater has been designed by a team of leading architects including Sheppard Robson, Studio Egret West, A-Studio and Piercy & company, alongside landscape architects Fabrik London.
